By downloading, installing, or using the SavvyX application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
SavvyX provides a personal finance tracking and budgeting service that allows you to monitor your income, expenses, and savings goals. The App is for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use SavvyX. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Financial Data
SavvyX displays financial data that you provide or that is obtained through your authorized bank connections. We do not make any guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of financial information displayed in the App. You should always verify important financial decisions with your financial institution.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of SavvyX and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App; (c) transmit any harmful or disruptive code; (d) reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the App without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SavvyX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the App or our website. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
